Service Description

VoxGrab provides video transcription services by processing publicly accessible video URLs through a third-party transcription API. The service is provided as-is, without guarantees of accuracy or availability.

Usage

Free-tier users receive 2 complimentary transcripts. Paid plans provide additional transcript credits as described on the pricing page. Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

You agree not to abuse the service, submit private or unauthorized content, or attempt to circumvent usage limits through technical means.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payments are one-time charges, not recurring subscriptions. All sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Access Tokens

Upon purchase, you receive a unique access token. You are responsible for saving and securing your token. Tokens cannot be recovered if lost.

Liability

VoxGrab is not responsible for the accuracy of transcriptions, temporary service outages, or any losses arising from the use of this service. Transcription quality depends on audio clarity and the capabilities of the underlying transcription engine.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
