Data We Collect

When you use VoxGrab without an account, we store a browser cookie to track your free transcript usage. No personal data is collected for free-tier users.

When you purchase a plan, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your email address (if provided during checkout) and store it alongside your access token to identify your subscription.

Transcripts

Video URLs you submit and the resulting transcripts are stored in our database to provide your transcript history feature. Transcripts are associated with your access token, not with any personal identity.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe for payment processing. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Transcript24 for video transcription. The video URL you provide is sent to their API for processing.
• Supabase for database hosting.

Cookies

We use a single functional cookie (vg_free_uses) to track the number of free transcripts used. No analytics or tracking cookies are used in this prototype.
